The Junior School Investiture Ceremony at Bishop Cotton Girls’ School was held with great pride and enthusiasm at 10 a.m. on 17th June, 2025. It was a momentous occasion when the young leaders of the school were formally entrusted with their responsibilities.
The School Captain, School Vice-Captain, Games Captain, Games Vice-Captain, other office bearers, and the Captains and Vice-Captains of the six houses were appointed and presented with their badges.
The chosen captains for the academic year are as follows:
Aaratrika Mondal – Captain of the Junior School
Swara Srivathsa – Vice-Captain of the Junior School
Nia Aley George – Games Captain of the Junior School
Nia Sharon – Games Vice-Captain of the Junior School
Aileen Jeffina Edwin – Scripture Captain of the Junior School
Aradhana H. J. – Scripture Vice-Captain of the Junior School
Aaira Zainab – Discipline Captain of the Junior School
Nila Nandakumar – Discipline Vice-Captain of the Junior School
Mahima Olive – Music Captain of the Junior School
The Chief Guest for the event was Dr. Dominic Benjamin, Head of the Department of Geriatrics at Bangalore Baptist Hospital. He inspired the students with his insightful words on leadership and service. Dr. Benjamin encouraged the newly appointed leaders to uphold the school’s values and lead by example.
The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, leaving everyone inspired and proud of the new leaders as they stepped into their roles.
