PreKG/ LKG Admissions for the Academic Year 2027-28

Please read the instructions given below carefully before clicking the link button.

Stage I – Keep the following documents ready on your desktop for uploading

  1. Ensure that you have scanned copies of the following documents in .jpeg/ pdf format
    • Birth Certificate issued by BBMP with child’s name/ other states an equivalent statutory authority.
    • Church Membership Certificate issued by the Presbyter-in-charge of the Church (KCD/ other christian denomination) indicating the period of membership.
    • Baptism Certificate of child (CSI member only).
    • Caste Certificate (in case of SC / ST) issued by Tahsildar.
    • The latest family photograph of the applicant along with the parents taken in a studio with a white background. The image must be 600px X 400px in size, file size of 500 KB.
    • Parents Address proof (Aadhaar/ DL/ Voters ID/ Passport) any one.
    • Self-attested certificate of parents’ highest educational qualification.
    • Old Cottonian (OG) applying for their ward’s under the OG category should upload the 10th Standard marks card/ Transfer Certificate (TC) of BCBS.
    • For staff of BCBS/BCGS/IT/GOVT Category, current employment certificate must be attached. In case of difficulty in getting the employment certificate during the application period, kindly upload a self-attested latest salary certificate or a statement with the file. It is mandatory to submit the employment certificate at the time of document verification.
    • Under Sibling Category – It is mandatory to mention the name and class of the sibling studying in the school along with the latest term marks card attached.
  2. Please ensure that each scanned copy is not more than 500 KB.
  3. All fields are mandatory as applicable.
  4. Please keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking ready as you would be redirected to a payment gateway. Cost of application: Rs.500/-.
  5. In case of a surge or high demand while filling the form, the connection may go down. You can login later and complete the application – before the due date: 18th November, 2026.
  6. The application form can be downloaded as a PDF once payment has been received. Please download a copy for your reference.
  7. Filling / Submitting an application form does not guarantee admission to the School.
  8. While submitting the form to the payment gateway if the transaction is not completed due to any unforeseen circumstances or a slow internet connection, the money debited from your account will be refunded. Login again and submit the application form. Your application will not be accepted unless the payment process has been completed.
  9. Parents of twin children kindly register with separate email accounts, since each account will accept one application.
  10. The applicant’s name, along with the parents’ names must be the same across all documents, including the PreKG/LKG application form, birth certificate and Aadhar card. Please verify the spellings of the names carefully before submission, as this is required for the Student Achievement Tracking System (SATS) of the Government of Karnataka.

Stage 2 – Steps to fill in the online application form

Step 1. Click on the Button below to access the Admissions Form. Fill in the form and upload the relevant documents.

Step 2. Click on the Submit button and make the payment through the payment gateway. (Note: Once the form is submitted you will not be able to make any changes to the application form)

Step 3. You will get a receipt by email confirming your transaction.

Step 4. Login to the admission portal and download the PDF which will be generated.

Step 5. If the PDF is not available due to high server load you can login after 12 hours and download the PDF and print it for your reference.

Terms & Conditions for Submissions

  1. Application Forms will be available online from 19 October, 2026 8:00 am to 18 November, 2026 5:00 pm. Forms will not be issued by the school office.
  2. The date of selection will be intimated by email. At the time of the selection, at least one parent must be present along with the child.
  3. Please keep your child’s Aadhar card copy ready to submit during the time of verification.
  4. If the parent is not present when the selection is done, the seat will be forfeited.
  5. As soon as the child’s seat is confirmed through selection, the same will be notified through email.
  6. Fee should be paid within 7 days on receipt of email after the selection and verification process.
  7. The parents belonging to other CSI Dioceses (other than KCD), should apply with the church membership letter. Seat will be allotted to such candidates without CSI KCD fee concession.
  8. Age criterion for LKG: minimum – 4 years to maximum – 5 years as on June 01, 2027.
    PreKG: minimum – 3 years to maximum – 4 years as on June 01, 2027.
